Skin cancer develops mainly on areascure skin cancer that are exposed to the sun such as the scalp, face, lips, ears, neck, chest, arms, hands, and on the legs in females. It can also be found in areas where the sun does not reach or get to, such as your palms, under your fingernails and or toenails, and your genital area. Skin cancer can affect poeple of all skin tones. Basal cell carcioma may appear as a pearly or waxy bump or as a flat skin colored or brown scar like lesion. There are many ways to cure skin cancer Dermatologist selects treatments based on the following: type of skin cancer, where the infected skin is located, whether the skin cancer is aggressive, what stage the cancer is in, and the patient's health. After considering these things a Dermatologist will select one of the following surgical treatment such as, Excision, Mohs sugery, Curettage electrodesiccation. Other treatments that are non surgical treatments include, Immunotherapy, Cryosurgery, Chemotherapy applied to the skin. Chemotherapy, Photodynamic theraphy, Radiation therapy even Melanoma which can be deadly can be a cure when treated early. Without a treatment the outcome of the undisirable skin cancer can grow deeply. When this happens, removing the cancer can mean removing a muscle or even a bone. Reconstructive surgery can also be needed after the surgery to remove the cancer. If the cancer ever spreads, the treatment can be difficult, even so the treatment may not cure the cancer that spreads.

Warts happen in a wide arrangment of shapes and sizes. A wart may show up as a bump with a hard or rough surface, or it may be flat and smooth. Capillaries grow in the center of the wart with blood in them. These may appear as dark spots in the wart's center. Warts are most commonly found in the hands although they may grow in any part of the body.
Planter warts can appear in any part of the foot. When pressure from standing or walking pushes the wart beneath the skin surface, a thick layer, similar to the callus develops over it. As the callus and the wart get larger walking can become painful. Filiform warts are warts found near and around the mouth, nose, and beard area. Periungual warts are found in and around the toenails and fingernails, and genital warts which can be extremely small and difficult to detect. Treatments include salicylic acid, tape occlusion and non-prescription cyotherapy which are all non-prescription remedies. Treatments by your doctor include, Cryotherapy, Retinoid cream, Bichloracetic acid, Immunotherapy, and if necessary surgery.

Symtoms of chronic paronychia are, repetitive fazes of tenderness and swelling of the affected nail, as shown in the figure to the left. The nails may also have a discolored state and have a inflamation state or look to it. Paronychia can be diagnosed fairly easly, because of the red swollen nail folds of chronic paronychia.
Chronic paronychia can be treated by, applying anti-yeast cream or a lotion to the swollen area many times in a day. Sometimes a steroid in the preparation for the treatment could speed up the cure.
If the swab is to strong for the current medicine doctor will perscribe a cream that works against the bacteria. In more severe cases if the creams have not worked in a few weeks, it may be useful to take a course of anti-yeast tablets, or antibiotic tablets. In most cases there is no need for surgery. Conditions such as diabetes, or thrush could need to be treated as well.Sugestions for not making the infection worse or keeping it under control are that you should keep your hands as dry as possible. Your condition will not get any better until you do this. If you bit your nails, reframe from biting your nails. If you get manicures avoid manicuring your nail fold. Do not use anytype of nail varnish until the condition has been treated. Also a change of job is worth thinking about.
